What’s your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel, please note that your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. We cannot transfer deposits or payments to future retreats.
- US Retreats:
- Cancel more than 120 days before the start date: Deposit is refunded.
- Cancel 60-80 days before: 50% of the balance is forfeited (plus the deposit).
- Cancel less than 60 days before: 100% of the trip price is forfeited.
- International Retreats:
- Cancel more than 120 days before the start date: Deposit is refunded.
- Cancel 60-80 days before: 50% of the balance is forfeited (plus the deposit).
- Cancel within 60 days of the start date: 100% of the trip price is forfeited.
Please read and understand our cancellation policy. We cannot make exceptions for any reason (including weather, illness, or emergencies). No refunds or credits are given for late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend/complete the retreat.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
A retreat is a financial and well-being investment. Unexpected events can happen, and we cannot offer refunds or credits due to our small size. Travel insurance is essential to protect your investment.
We also recommend travel insurance for medical expenses during the retreat. Check your airfare or credit card options for coverage.
What if my retreat gets canceled?
We may cancel retreats with insufficient enrollment. In this rare case (due to unrest, dangerous weather, or low sign-ups), you can transfer to another trip or receive a full refund.
We will notify you of any cancellation as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any personal expenses (e.g., airline tickets) due to itinerary changes or cancellations.
When and how do I pay for my retreat?
A non-refundable deposit via our website secures your spot. The remaining balance is due 80 days before the retreat. We’ll send a reminder. If booking within 80 days, full payment is due within 7 days of the deposit.
If your balance is not paid by the due date, you relinquish your spot, and your deposit is forfeited.
We accept credit card payments through our website or Venmo. We do not accept cash, checks, or wire transfers.
Do I need to sign anything?
After registration, we’ll email you an orientation packet with a link to our Participant Form and Liability Waiver.
These must be completed 90 days before your retreat. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
What should I pack?
We will send a suggested packing list and location-specific information after you reserve your space.
Can I join a waitlist?
Yes! Email to join the waitlist if your desired retreat or accommodation is sold out. We'll notify you if a spot becomes available.
Where are retreats held?
We hold retreats at various venues worldwide. Your specific venue and contact information will be in the orientation emails.
What's the yoga like?
Expect vinyasa flow with restorative elements. All levels are welcome, but some prior yoga experience is recommended. Most mornings include yoga (after coffee, before breakfast!).
To get the most from your retreat, take a few yoga classes beforehand if possible. We can suggest local classes if needed.
Will you send an itinerary?
We provide a tentative daily agenda each morning at the retreat, but not beforehand. We stay flexible to adjust to the group's needs. You'll experience everything you signed up for!
What's the average age?
Our retreats attract a wide age range, typically from 20s to 70s, with both men and women. Each retreat varies.
What if I come alone?
Most attendees come solo and leave with lifelong friends. Many return on other retreats together.
Do I have to participate in everything?
Participation is optional. Pace yourself to find your ideal activity level. This is an active retreat, and we encourage you to engage, but we support your choices. The daily schedule is a guide and may change based on the group, weather, etc. We recommend attending the planned excursions.
Conduct
We may remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous. No refunds will be issued.
Do you offer scholarships or work-study?

I’m a yoga teacher/retreat leader. Can you help me organize a retreat?
No, sorry. We do not accommodate outside teachers or programs.
